VIIKON TAPAHTUMAT LAHNALAHTI 1:/ THIS WEEK IN LAHNALAHTI 1:
We have had a lovely week here in Lahna 1 preparing and getting ready for the Easter holidays. We had lovely co-operation with Takio this week. We made some nice colouring pictures for their office and they presented us with some Easter eggs! We also had fun in completing an Easter egg hunt – finding the missing chocolate eggs around the daycare and helping each other to find the eggs by giving directions and working together. We also had a group trip to the library this week! Happy Easter to all!

Merihevoset/Seahorses
Merihevosten viikon aloitimme leikkitouhuissa ulkona sekä sisällä. Ulkona erityisesti vesi- ja hiekkaleikit ovat olleet lasten suosiossa. Tiistaina kävimme kävelyretkellä kauniissa aurinkoisessa säässä. Retkellä pysähdyimme ihmettelemään työmaakoneita, jotka aiheuttivat ihastuneita huudahduksia lapsissa. Keskiviikkona vietimme muskarin lisäksi lelupäivää. Aamupiirissä lapset esittelivät hienosti omia lelujaan. Torstaina pukeuduimme keltaiseen ja juhlimme alkavaa pääsiäistä etsimällä piilotettuja suklaamunia sekä tietysti tanssibileillä.
Oikein mukavaa pääsiäistä kaikille 😊
Delfiinit / Dolphins
The children have been enjoying playing in the muddy puddles this week. The Dolphins’ week began with painting and crafting Easter eggs. On Tuesday, it was the whole Dolphins’ group’s first metro trip to the Helsinki city, which was a very exciting experience. The children enjoyed visiting the Cathedral, the Senate square, seeing new sights and spotting the TURTLE statues near the metro station. Our Wednesday’s music school went very well. In addition, we had our own toy day on Wednesday, which the children were very excited to present to their friends in the morning circle. On Thursday, we dressed up in yellow clothes to celebrate the upcoming holiday and got to do chocolate egg hunting that were hidden around the day care. We then ended the day with a Easter disco.
