Midi-Maxis last week:
Children used their own self made characters for theatre and told their stories in group. They also did some painting related to their stories. On Wednesday we practised our Christmas song list. We had a long fun outdoor time at turtle park on Thursday. Pyjamas party was a lot of fun with, balloon games, dancing and egg spoon race for our puurojuhla. children also watched short Christmas movies after nap.

Minis last week:
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow… this week we had our first snow and counting on more for next week! Our mini ducks had so much fun playing with it outside and, of course, sliding on the ice and jumping in the puddles the following days. The smallest ones in our group are working hard and trying their best, not to fall and get used to this new funny and slippery ground under their small feet (cuteness overload 😊) Christmas spirit is in the house! On crafts day we made beautiful Christmas wreaths and we have been singing and practicing some English and Finnish Christmas songs.
On Friday we had our porridge party in pyjamas, we decorated the Christmas tree and watched some short movies.
This week we also had a different story – time and all kids were relaxed and enjoyed the massage on their backs during satuhieronta “Forest Gift”.
It has been an exciting week for everybody in Kauniainen and we are looking forward for the next one!
