Five Senses Song (Cocomelon)
I have two eyes so I can see,
And a nose to smell.
I have ten fingers, that can touch
They do it very well!
I have two ears, so I can hear,
The birds up in the trees.
I have a tongue inside my mouth
To taste the food I eat.
This week has been filled with lots of fun activities. We started with our music session on Monday and we were painting and making our penguin crafts. We visited the Oodi library and we read books, explore around the children´s corner and borrowed books that we will read in the daycare. We also had our book beat on Tuesday where we listened to an interesting story. On Wednesday we had our baker’s gym activity. We used our imagination and creativity to bake some buns.
This month we are teaching about our five senses. Our focus this week is our sense of taste and smell. On Thursday we made some delicious oat cookies. The oat cookies we made smells and taste good. On our Teddy bear project day, we tasted cookies and honey and smelled different items.
