VIIKON 38 TAPAHTUMAT MUNKASSA / WEEK 38 IN MUNKKA
This week has been quiet as many of our little ones have been sick at home. Maxis and Viskaris tried their acting skills: they have played out the stories about princesses and zombies which they wrote themselves earlier. Hopefully, the final acting performance will happen next week, as more children come back to the daycare. Also, this week we had time to have a child-led play. We danced to different songs, and played a game called “Who is my friend?”, where they had to figure out who the assigned friend was by asking questions like “does my friend like NinjaGo?”. Overall, Maxis and Viskaris enjoyed these games, as well as their music class on Wednesday. Also, they got to bake oat cookies which involved lots of measuring and mixing. The children were very excited to try their own creations as well as to share some with the parents during the Autumn Date afternoon. Thank you to everyone who came, it was nice to chat and meet each other! Despite the rainy morning, the week ended with our regular trip to the forest and some ’Pokemon Go’ orienteering.
