VIIKON TAPAHTUMAT LAHNALAHTI 1/ THIS WEEK IN LAHNALAHTI 1:
Tällä viikolla, torstaina, starttasi Lahnalahdessa kaikkien aikojen ensimmäinen esikoulu. Yhdeksän todella innokasta Mestari-ankkaa pääsivät luomaan yhteisiä sääntöjä tulevalle kaudelle ja tutustumaan ikätasoisesti päivitettyyn luokkahuoneeseen. Kaikista otettiin ensimmäisen päivän kunniaksi valokuvat koristellun kehyksen sisällä muistoksi. Eniten innostusta kuitenkin herätti Seikkailujen eskari -oppikirjat, jotka jokainen Mestari-ankka sai omakseen. Myös viskarit aloittivat toimintansa ja pääsivät tekemään ensimmäisen tehtävänsä ”minä viskarina” -haastattelun. Tästä se kausi lähtee talo täynnä innokkaita lapsia!

VIIKON TAPAHTUMAT LAHNALAHTI 2 / THIS WEEK IN LAHNALAHTI 2:
Delfiinit / Dolphins
The Dolphins have had a lovely second week after the summer holidays and quickly gotten back to the day care routine. We started the week with a relaxing outdoors and indoors play day. On Tuesday, we enjoyed our arts and crafts by talking about Moomin in honour of Tove Jansson’s day and by colouring our own Moomin house. We also got to watch a Moomin movie in the evening. On Wednesday, we had a music exercise where we also practiced listening to the fast and slow rhythm and moving according to the music we heard. On Thursday, we took our first walking trip with the whole Dolphins’ group after summer, during which we saw the beach, lots of cars and got to walk over the bridge while singing ‘Leijonaa mä metsästän’. We finally ended our week with toy day, where everyone brought their own toys from home and shared them with their friends as well as presented them very well in the morning circle. On Friday we also practiced our fine motor skills by drawing, beading small pearls and doing puzzles.
Merihevoset / Seahorses:
The second week after the summer holidays has been a good one. The children have settled back into daily routines very well. On Monday, Seahorses had a fun free play day. The next day, we went on a short trip to a near park where the children had a great time playing together. On Wednesday, we had our own music time, the kids played different instruments while listening their favorite songs. On Thursday, as we are still having very nice weather, the seahorses had longer outdoor time. They also did some arts and craft flowers. The children ended the week playing with a own toy day, they always love showing a sharing their own toys with friends.
