VIIKKOKIRJE – WEEKLY LETTER
Minis last week:
Minien viikko alkoi satuhetkellä, jossa luimme tarinan viidakoneläimistä. harjoittelimme samalla nimeämään viidakon eläimiä. Hassun hauskoja eläimiä, nimeä löysimme kirjasta ja sehän se oli hauskaa. Tiistaina isompien minien askartelu on piirtää omat eläimet, jossa mietimme samalla värejä ja minkä värisiä oikeasti tietyt eläimet ovat. Väritimme vielä väritys kuvat ja liitämme ne vielä tulevaan omaan viidakkoon.
Viidakko teema jatkui musiikki hetkessä, jossa lauloimme viidakon eläimistä. Pääsimme kokeilemaan uusiaankin soittimia lapsille. Torstaina retkipäivänä suuntasimme läheiseen puistoon leikkimään. Teimme hienot lumiukot Ankkalammen kilpailuun. Lapset olivat hienosti mukana ja suunnittelemassa lumiukkoa. Viikko päättyi jumppa hetkeen, jossa pääsimme menemään erilaisia esteiden läpi.

Midi-Maxis last week:
This week we learned about continents. We started with a short story book about me on the map and we asked children to draw a map about their bedroom. We sang songs about the continents. We made continents on the world map. We also joined in the snowman making competition, we made a snowman in the turtle park. Friday we had yoga and an obstacle course. Children played with friends of their own choice in the morning, in the afternoon they played with different friends. This week we have assigned everyone their own friend of the week. It will be the traditional Chinese New year of Tiger, we will celebrate it by wearing something red on Monday and doing some crafts.
